With Shopnet I worked in digital commerce at an early stage, building online shops when that was still new territory.

With MagicMinds I moved into internet and communications, helping companies find their way in a rapidly changing digital world.
Today: BECOME®
My experience of building companies informs the work I do today. I co-founded BECOME® Institute and run my own BECOME® Practice within BECOME Alliance. Research and entrepreneurship are not separate worlds for me. One helps me understand how organizations work; the other keeps that understanding connected to the responsibility of building and running them.
Building companies showed me, from the inside, how rarely organizations become truly exceptional, and how often that has little to do with effort. Those questions became the starting point of my research into the mindset and architecture of ultraperforming organizations.
